You can now book our rooms online. Please select the room you would like below and follow the booking process by clicking 'book now'. You can book multiple sessions by selecting a session and adding to the basket.

Our rooms are suitable for fitness groups ,education and learning (e.g. crafts/art etc), group and individual sessions, parties and functions (e.g. weddings, parties). You can view our floorplans by clicking here.
There are three booking sessions per day:
09:00 – 12:30
13:00 – 17:00
18:00 – 21:00
On booking please complete your own Health and Safety Risk Assessment and read the health and safety briefing on this website. Please also read our booking policy.
Please make yourself familiar with the Fire Exits, alarms and equipment in the building . Fire action notices are on display. Fire exits are the front and back doors. Assemble on the pavement outside /by the red telephone box.
Esme Jelbert Room, £30 per session
This is a light and airy room with chairs and tables for 40. Suitable for informal meetings, arts & crafts, etc. Tables can be arranged classroom-style for lectures or into a round-table format for meetings.
A lprojector screen and full-length blinds make it perfect for presentations.
This room has direct access to the kitchen.
7.3m x 6.1m (44.5 sq.m).
Denis Hollow Room, £30 per session
This is a bright, airy room with high ceilings. It has a wooden floor with a carpet that can be rolled up.
Two side windows and a large main window make the room naturally bright.
Heavy vertical blinds can darken the room when required and the rear wall makes a good location for a screen or large image.
It is suitable for exhibitions, exercise, meetings, arts & crafts, etc.
7.3m x 6.1m (44.5 sq.m).
Henry Harvey Trevithick Room, £30 per session - First Floor Room (No Disabled Access)
With a raised platform this large room can seat 60+ for lectures, exhibitions and large meetings, or it can be used as an exercise room. 13m x 6.1m. (79.3 sq.m)
Blackout curtains and 80 comfortable chairs available in the room.
Kitchens (Prior arrangement is required)
Downstairs kitchen – shared use, £4 per session
Upstairs kitchen – shared use, £4 per session
