We understand that plans can change. To help us manage our bookings fairly, please read the following cancellation policy before confirming your hire.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

Cancelling a Booking

If you need to cancel your booking, please go to the Passmore Edwards Hayle website and choose the online booking option and cancel your booking.

For any queries that are not able to be resolved online please email passmoreedwardshayle@gmail.com

Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before your booking are non-refundable.

Changing Your Booking

If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please go online and amend.

No Shows

If you do not arrive for your booking , no refund will be given.

Cancellation by the Venue

In rare cases, the Passmore Edwards Institute may need to cancel a booking due to unexpected circumstances such as urgent maintenance or issues affecting the safety or use of the building. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or help reschedule your booking to another suitable date.
